Terms of Service & Confidentiality Policy

The Transition Bureau provides private relocation infrastructure — including strategic planning, coordination of legal and immigration counterparties, residence and lifestyle setup, and post-arrival operational continuity. Services are delivered on a selective, engagement-by-engagement basis and are not available as a standardised product.

Access is by introduction or confidential review only. We reserve the right to decline any request without explanation. Submission of an intake form does not constitute acceptance or creation of a contractual relationship.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information throughout the engagement. Material omissions or misrepresentations may result in termination of services.

You agree to cooperate with your assigned Transition Director and to respond to reasonable requests for information or decisions in a timely manner. Delays attributable to client non-cooperation may affect execution timelines.

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or interference with platform systems. All access is logged and monitored.

All information shared through the platform, during intake, and throughout the engagement is treated as strictly confidential. The Bureau and all engaged counterparties operate under non-disclosure obligations equivalent to a signed bilateral NDA. No information is disclosed, referenced, or used for any purpose outside the specific engagement without express written consent.

The Bureau does not publish testimonials, case studies, client lists, or public references. Your identity, file details, and engagement history remain strictly private.

The Bureau coordinates and manages transition infrastructure. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice. All recommendations involving regulated services are executed through licensed third-party professionals, and reliance on such advice is at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Transition Bureau’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to services or platform use shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Bureau in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or directly by your Transition Director. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
